Having drawn inspiration from Angela Carter for their first production as a new company, Wise Children return this summer to take on another literary great with Enid Blyton’s Malory Towers.

In this pre-show talk led by award-winning radio presenter Jenny Lacey, Wise Children’s Artistic Director Emma Rice (Tristan & YseultThe Flying Lovers of Vitebsk) will discuss channelling the beloved children’s author, infusing the tale with her trademark joy, wonder and theatricality, and transforming one of Bristol’s historic landmarks into Blyton’s infamous Malory Towers.
