Singing and Aphasia: Meet the UWE ReVoice Choir

UWE ReVoice is a community choir for people affected by aphasia and their carers, run and supported by volunteer music therapy students, staff from UWE and local speech and language therapists. The choir has been in existence for a year and has already performed on BBC radio 3 and 4. The choir will be singing in the Colston Hall Foyer, accompanied by a talk explaining the research behind the benefits of singing after a stroke. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions and to encourage new members to join.

This event is part of the Bristol800 Universities Showcase Weekender.
